The UK Resuscitation Council has released the 2010 Resucitation Guidelines on 18th October. These contain detailed information about emergency life support and give guidance about some of the issues of basic and advanced life support for adults, paediatrics and babies. Guidelines for the use of Automated External Defibrillators and other related topics are also included. For further information, refer to the website by clicking HERE. Note that it is possible to download the 2010 Guidelines in pdf format. There are no changes that impact the way emergency responders should deal with an anaphylactic reaction, so EasiLearning’s range of Anaphylactic Shock courses are unaffected by this announcement.
